Our firm uses the following criteria to find a qualified, ready, willing, and able tenant:
- $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee per Adult (Includes full Background, Credit, and Landlord Verification check)
- Security Deposit is one month of rent and due at lease signing
- If the Homeowner allows pets, there is a $500.00 Refundable Pet Fee due at Lease Signing
- Combined Gross Income must be at least 2.5 X of the Monthly Rent
- Credit Score of at least 640 is required; Each occupant aged 18 and older must complete an application
- Acceptable Credit Report for each applicant aged 18 or older with no recent late payments
- Homeowner does not accept Co-Signers
- No evictions or Bankruptcies within the past 18 Months
- Online applications must be completed on our website only
- Vouchers are accepted by the homeowner if the applicant meets all other criteria
