A Few Words about Frankie
I’m Frankie Byrnes, Managing Broker and Company Controller for All Homes Real Estate Group, proudly serving Greater Williamsburg and the surrounding Virginia communities. Real estate has been part of my world for more than 24 years, and my passion for this industry has only grown stronger with time.
As the proud daughter of Navy parents, I grew up in a military family and moved around the world. Those experiences taught me the importance of clear communication, adaptability, and connecting with people from all backgrounds. I understand the challenges of relocating and finding a new place to call home, and I bring this insight and empathy to every client I serve.
My journey began in the accounting departments of several real estate sectors; from residential land development and construction to custom home building, property management, and home sales. Those early years gave me a deep understanding of how this business works behind the scenes, and they sparked a love for helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
In 2010, that spark turned into a full‑blown career shift toward residential real estate sales. I made one of the best decisions of my professional life when I partnered with Duke Morisset, one of Williamsburg’s most respected Realtors and Brokers. I started as a Transaction Coordinator while completing my MBA from Saint Leo University, and after graduating, Duke and I launched “The Duke Morisset Real Estate Team” under the Coldwell Banker brand.
Our success with buyers, sellers, and investors quickly grew, and so did my role from Transaction Coordinator to Full‑Time Realtor and now Co‑Founder and Managing Broker of our very own firm, All Homes Real Estate Group. Together, Duke and I have built a powerhouse team grounded in integrity, communication, and results.

We listen closely, communicate clearly, and manage every detail — big and small — to create a smooth, stress‑free experience from start to finish.
